🌍 International Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • All international orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery time varies by country — usually 15 to 45 working days depending on customs clearance and courier operations.

  • Kindly note: Shipping time may extend beyond the estimated range due to international transit, customs delays, or festive rush.

  • Please check the estimated delivery time mentioned at checkout before ordering.

Tracking & Updates

  • You will receive your tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take a few days to reflect after dispatch due to international logistics systems.

Customs & Duties

  • Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country will be borne by the customer.

  • We have no control over customs delays or charges.

Parcel Lost / Delay Policy

  • In rare cases of lost or untraceable parcels, we request up to 50 days from the shipping date to investigate with the courier.

  • If no resolution is found within that time, we will issue a full refund or reship your order (as per your preference).

Note

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order.

  • Once shipped, the parcel cannot be recalled or modified.

  • By placing an international order, you agree to the above terms.

🌍 Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:-  It generally takes 24-48 Hours to ship the product after confirmation(in case of COD). It may take more time to ship in case of any Natural issues like Rain , Holidays , festival season time like janmasthmi , diwali , holi etc.

Our team will try to pack the products in a best way and assign it to appropriate courier service for faster delivery. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-5 business days in metro cities and 4 to 8 business days for other location.

Shipping Charges:-

                      Prepaid Orders - 50₹ shipping will be charged on order below or equal to 500₹

                                                      Free shipping on order above 500₹

                      Cash on Delivery Orders - In this case shipping charge will be according to the price range

Note:

  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
